Ningbo Kaier Automobile electric appliance co,.ltd. was established in 1993 through the transformation of a collective enterprise and formally incorporated in 2003. In 2012, the company entered the new-energy vehicle sector. Located in Cixi, Zhejiang Province, the company occupies a site of 35,000 square meters and employs more than 150 staff, including nine dedicated R&D personnel. It operates four major production workshops—motor manufacturing, metalworking, stamping, and injection molding—and its core product portfolio includes starter motors and motor shafts for new-energy vehicles, with an annual total output value of RMB 115 million. The company has obtained IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 certifications, boasts extensive OEM supply experience, is currently participating in testing for Kohler’s 34009N project, plans to add automated production lines and laboratory equipment, and intends to establish manufacturing facilities in Southeast Asia to address tariff-related challenges.
